Delivery and Shipping Info

Shipping times on all orders are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed.

Irish shipping rates:

For Orders within Ireland, we use a reliable, efficient and trackable service provided by courier company DPD. Delivery times within Ireland are one to two days. You will be alerted by text message of your one hour delivery window, allowing you to reschedule if necessary. 

The cost per parcel is from 13.50 to €18.50 within Ireland according to size. We do offer direct delivery from our workshop to irish addresses for larger orders.

Unfortunately, we no longer offer delivery to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).

European orders:

For Orders within mainland Europe, we use a reliable, efficient and trackable service provided by courier company DPD. Shipping will be calculated at checkout, and ranges from €37 for deliveries within Zone 1 (Germany, France, Belgium, Luxemberg and the Netherlands) to €50 for Zone 6 (Portugal, Norway, Croatia and Finland). Rates are per parcel regardless of weight or size. 

Transit times take 3 working days for zone one and take a max of 6 working days for Zone 6 within Europe. DPD delivers an efficient and reliable service. As the customer, you will receive an email/text ahead of your one hour delivery window, allowing you to reschedule if necessary. 

North America and Canada:

Shipping rates to North America and Canada start at $50 for standard post.

We also offer express 3 to 5 day delivery with UPS for smaller items. The price for a parcel weighing less than 1kg is €20.00, this price increases depending on the weight, rising to €40 for a parcel weighing 7kg. 

Rest of the World:

Shipping rates to the Rest of the World start at €40 for standard post (up to 100g) and increase to €80 for orders orders over 20kg. For tracked, express post, shipping rates start at €45 and increase to €85 depending on the weight and size of the parcel. The delivery time is 7 to 14 working days.
